Contact

Email hello@noissime.com. That is the whole contact route: there is no contact form, no live chat and no telephone support. We aim to acknowledge messages within five working days, and we answer security questionnaires and DPIAs ourselves rather than sending a brochure. NumoForms is published by NOISSIME LTD, company number 17160439, registered in England and Wales.

Why there is no contact form

It would be slightly absurd for a survey builder not to be able to put a form on its own website. It can. The reason there is not one is that a form here would collect your details into a system you have no relationship with, and then a person would email you back anyway. Email is the same conversation with one less hop, and it means you keep a copy of what you sent.

There is no phone number because there is nobody sitting by a phone, and publishing one that rings out is worse than not publishing one. There is no office address on this page beyond the registered company details above, because visitors are not something we can host.

What to send, and where it goes

Everything arrives at the same address. Putting the subject in the first line gets it to the right place faster.

Questions about the product

Whether it can do a particular thing, how a feature behaves in an edge case, or whether a survey you have in mind is a sensible fit. Say what you are trying to run and how many questions it is.

Procurement, DPIAs and security questionnaires

Attach the document. We fill it in properly, and we say so plainly where the answer is "we do not hold that certificate" rather than writing around it.

Data protection requests

Access, correction, erasure or objection. If your request is about answers you gave to somebody else’s survey, we will pass it to that organisation, because they control the data.

Security reports

Include enough detail to reproduce the issue and give us a reasonable period to respond before disclosing publicly. There is no paid bounty programme.

Accessibility problems

Tell us the page or survey, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser and assistive technology you were using.

Press and brand assets

The artwork, the colour values and the usage rules are already published, so start there and email only if you need something that is not on the page.

What to expect back

We aim to acknowledge within five working days. That is the same target published on the accessibility statement, and it is deliberately unambitious: a small team that promises four hours and delivers four days has told you something untrue about itself. An acknowledgement is not always an answer — a procurement questionnaire takes longer to complete than a question about whether matrix questions export one column per row. They do, incidentally; the exports page covers the CSV shape.

Data protection requests are handled within the statutory period. If we need to verify who you are before acting, we will say so and explain what would satisfy us.

Making a question easy to answer

Most of the questions that take a long time to answer take a long time because they are missing one detail. If you are asking whether the product can do something, the useful things to include are: roughly how many questions the survey has, which question types you need, whether responses have to stay in the UK, and whether anyone other than your own organisation has to appear on the survey. Those four facts answer most "will it work for us" questions in one reply instead of three.

If you are reporting something that looks wrong, the equivalent list is: the URL, what you expected, what happened, and the browser you were using. A screenshot helps. A description of a screenshot does not.

If you were sent a survey

Contact the organisation whose name is on the survey, not us. They chose the questions, they decide how long the answers are kept and who can see them, and they are the data controller for what you submitted. We host the platform on their instructions. The UK GDPR page explains that split in more detail, including what to do if you cannot work out who is running a survey you received.

If a survey page itself is broken or unusable — it will not submit, a question cannot be reached by keyboard, a screen reader announces something wrong — that one is ours, and it is worth telling us as well as them.

Things you can answer without emailing

Several of the most common questions already have pages, and those pages are more precise than a quick reply would be. What the product does, in full, is on the product overview. Where data is stored and how access is controlled is on the security page. The full list of third parties we rely on, what each processes and in which country, is on the sub-processor page. Logos, colour values and usage rules are on the brand and press page.

What the product does not do is written down too. There is no AI analysis of free-text answers, no Zapier app or Google Sheets connector, no payment collection, no qualified electronic signatures, no multi-step approval chains, no SSO and no mobile apps. Asking whether one is coming is a fair question and we will answer honestly, which sometimes means "not this year".

Some questions answer themselves faster.

If what you want to know is whether the product can ask a particular kind of question, building it takes less time than waiting five working days for a reply. The email address is still there for everything else.
